Surrounding

This is me, Gianni and the big tree in the back is one of the oldest of the Penisula de Nicoya.
The Indigena Cafe is situated at the end of the only road that lead to Cabo Blanco Absolute Reserve entrance so the only traffic you can see, is for the park's visitors.
Very close there are interesting thing to see and relatively close much more.
By the google earth view you can notice how green it is, so basically all the entertainments are provided by nature as the Cabuya Island which used to be a cementery of indigenous people so before even spanish got here.
The Island often is a perfect spot for snorkerling or even just walk....funny no?! walk- island? The Island can be reached by feet with the lowest tide, if you make it at night time is a special experience, where you can see the most colourful fish, octopus, turtles, lobsters and if you are lucky, you can get to see sharks and whales Ah I forgot to tell you that the fishermans are there, maybe a km away from us with the freshest fish and amazing prices.
Less then 2 km away there is the butterfly garden and if you go there the word "colour" get to his best meaning, if it's not enough the colour that you have seen there you can visit Marjorie that owns a little, super cute Botanic Garden less then 100mt away from the project or right next to us Tritsy, run a conservation project for wild birds.
3 km away there is Lajas River where you can find a nice surf spot close to the estuary and if you walk the river back for quite  long distance you can find the most cuzy and intimate waterfall.
Montezuma offer a different kind of waterfalls, much more higher and busy, but is a must see for visitors. On top of the waterfalls there is the most exciting zip line where you get to spend few minutes in the very begin of the waterfall.
From Montezuma you can get the boat for Tortuga Island or the Taxi boat to Jaco.
Sporting fish tour are easily available.
